4th race of the International Circuit Alpe Adria Tour 2021 & "CRONOCARSICA OPEN"
The twentieth edition of the Granfondo d’Europa will stand out from the previous ones to raise the quality of the event and give the many cyclists the opportunity to fully enjoy the wonderful Trieste route that connects the city to the plateau by dedicating a single trial to Time Trial from the sea to the Karst.
The event confirms the path of the last climb of the Granfondo d’Europa which with its 7 kilometers and about 300 meters in altitude.
It is expected the participation of 200 cyclists from the Triveneto and abroad, in particular Austria and Slovenia, who will face the proposed ascent at intervals of 30 seconds.
At the end of the federal event, many will be given the opportunity to challenge the times achieved also with Mountain-Bike and E-Bike bicycles in the new Cronocarsica Open open to all (road bikes, mountain bikes, e-bikes).

The departures of the Cronocarsica Granfondo d'Europa will take place every 30 "starting at 10.30 at Via Boveto in Barcola. The departures of the Cronocarsica Open will take place in the same way following the federal event.
The starting orders for the Cronocarsica Granfondod'Europa will be published on Saturday 4 September at 12.00, while for the Cronocarsica Open the publication will be on Saturday 11 September.
